About The Hotel

The 6th Irish Discworld Convention will be returning to Cork, at the wonderful Cork International Hotel. This was a popular choice with our 2015 and 2017 members, with many people praising the hotel's accommodating team, the spacious lobby and the colourful bathrooms. We’re very pleased they’re happy to have us back.

The hotel is quirky and comfortable, and we think Discworld fans feel right at home here. It's in a great location, just outside of Cork city in the south west of Ireland: less than 5 minutes on foot from the Airport itself, and there are regular buses to and from town. It is fully wheelchair accessible, has a kids’ club, a gym, a hairdressers', and a private cinema. There's a bar menu, lobby menu and restaurant, as well as 24-hour room service. Free parking is available to all residents.
